Advising on procedures for enterprises to prepare and implement the lawsuit against another party; or representing the enterprise to participate in the proceedings due to being sued by another party; or maybe the enterprise is not the petitioner, not sued, but summoned by the Court to participate in the proceedings as an interested person with related obligations;

Researching dossiers, advise enterprises on lawsuits; make a plan to initiate a lawsuit, make a submission for opinions on the lawsuit; prepare petition dossiers, draft petitions, papers and documents to be signed to be submitted with the petition; submit lawsuit dossiers, carry out procedures for Courts and Commercial Arbitration to handle lawsuits; prepare to participate in proceedings at Court and Commercial Arbitration: request to collect evidence, request for temporary injunctive measures, participate in sessions to examine the submission, access, disclosure of evidence and mediation at the Court; participate in court hearings, dispute settlement sessions at commercial arbitration; advising and carrying out procedures for appealing court judgments and decisions and participating in proceedings at the appellate level; and participate in requesting the execution of judgments, court decisions, awards of commercial arbitration in accordance with the law.
